Job summary

Cloud Decisions is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist to design, implement, migrate and optimise Microsoft 365 solutions for UK customers. This customer-facing role focuses on collaboration, security, and productivity improvements across Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online.

You will deploy Entra ID, Purview and Copilot capabilities while delivering tenant migrations, automation via PowerShell, and technical workshops.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions within a consultancy, MSP or Professional Services environment.
• Familiarity with Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and OneDrive for Business.
• Desirable: MS-102, MS-700, SC-300 or SC-401 certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Microsoft 365 implementation, migration and optimisation projects.
• Deploy and support Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Viva.
• Configure Microsoft Entra ID, including CA, MFA and hybrid identity.
• Implement Purview solutions including Information Protection, DLP, Retention and eDiscovery.
• Manage tenant-to-tenant migrations and migrations from Google Workspace or on-premises environments.
• Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 environments and provide technical guidance.
• Lead customer workshops and solution design discussions.
• Produce technical documentation and implementation guides.
• Develop PowerShell automation for administration and delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and share best practices.
