Job summary

Cloud Decisions is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist to design, implement, migrate and optimise Microsoft 365 solutions for UK customers. This remote-first role focuses on modernising collaboration, security and productivity.

You will lead migrations, configure Entra ID, Purview, Teams, SharePoint Online and ensure high-quality outcomes while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in a consultancy/Professional Services setting.
• Experience with Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, OneDrive for Business.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, Purview, and tenant-to-tenant migrations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Microsoft 365 implementation, migration and optimisation projects.
• Deploy and support Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Viva.
• Configure and administer Microsoft Entra ID, including CA, MFA and hybrid identity.
• Implement Microsoft Purview solutions including Information Protection, DLP, Retention and eDiscovery.
• Deliver migrations including tenant-to-tenant, Google Workspace and on-premises migrations.
• Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 environments and provide technical expertise during projects.
• Lead customer workshops, technical discovery sessions and solution design discussions.
• Produce technical documentation and implementation guides.
• Develop PowerShell automation to improve administration and delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices.
