Job summary

Cloud Decisions is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist to design, implement, migrate and optimise Microsoft 365 solutions for UK customers. The role is remote (UK) with strong customer interaction across projects and workshops.

You will implement Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Viva; configure Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA; and drive PowerShell automation while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to technical best practice.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions within consultancy, MSP or Professional Services.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 components and migrations.
• Familiarity with Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Microsoft 365 implementation, migration and optimisation projects.
• Deploy and support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Viva.
• Configure and administer Microsoft Entra ID and MFA.
• Implement Microsoft Purview information protection, DLP, retention and eDiscovery.
• Lead tenant-to-tenant and cross-environment migrations.
• Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 environments during delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices.
