Job summary
Cloud Decisions, a UK-based Microsoft Partner, is hiring a Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist for remote-first working. You will design, implement, migrate and optimise Microsoft 365 solutions across the UK, helping organisations modernise collaboration, security and productivity.
The role is client-facing within a Professional Services environment and requires leading workshops and delivering high-quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in a consultancy, MSP or Professional Services environment.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 workloads including Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and OneDrive for Business.
- Microsoft certifications (MS-102, MS-700, SC-300 or SC-401) would be advantageous but aren’t essential.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Microsoft 365 implementation, migration and optimisation projects.
- Deploy and support Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Viva.
- Configure and administer Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, MFA and hybrid identity.
- Implement Microsoft Purview solutions including Information Protection, DLP, Retention and eDiscovery.
- Deliver tenant-to-tenant migrations and migrations from Google Workspace or on-premises to Microsoft 365.
- Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 environments and provide technical expertise throughout project delivery.
- Lead customer workshops and solution design discussions, and produce documentation.
