Job summary

Cloud Decisions is seeking a Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist to deliver migration and optimisation projects across the UK. You will design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, including Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online, while configuring Entra ID, Purview and related security features.

You will lead customer workshops, produce technical docs, and mentor junior engineers. This remote-first role offers ongoing certifications and a clear path for technical progression.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions within a consultancy, MSP or Professional Services environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and OneDrive for Business.
• Familiarity with Entra ID, Purview, Copilot; PowerShell scripting and Graph API.
• Ability to plan migrations (tenant-to-tenant, Google Workspace, on-premises).

Responsibilities

• Deliver Microsoft 365 implementation, migration and optimisation projects.
• Deploy and support Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Exchange Online.
• Configure Entra ID including CA, MFA and hybrid identity.
• Implement Purview information protection, DLP, retention and eDiscovery.
