Job summary

Co‑op Group in Manchester city centre is seeking a Microsoft 365 Service Analyst to join the Colleague Enablement & Insights team, offering £35,000 to £40,000 plus great benefits. This role is hybrid, with one day in the office per week, as part of reshaping our Digital, Technology and Data function to deliver better services for colleagues and customers.

You’ll govern and adopt Microsoft 365, using data insights to drive continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Microsoft 365 services.
• Understanding of service management, change management, governance or continual improvement.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Good presentation skills and ability to deliver training.
• Experience using data and insight to identify trends and drive improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building across teams.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing management and continuous improvement of Microsoft 365 services.
• Analyse service adoption data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Create colleague communications, guidance and training materials.
• Coordinate and communicate Microsoft 365 changes and releases.
• Review roadmap updates and assess impacts for colleagues.
• Work with teams to understand service impacts, risks and improvements.
• Support governance activities, including licence management and reporting.
• Build relationships across the business to improve colleague experience.
