Nigel Frank International is seeking a Power Platform Manager in London to lead a small development team and deliver practical Microsoft 365 solutions. You'll design Power Apps and automate flows, while guiding data integration across Dataverse and SharePoint.
The role focuses on CRM integrations, security governance, and enabling adoption across business units. Strong communication with international teams is essential, with hybrid work and leadership responsibilities at the core.
Nigel Frank International is working on behalf of a London-based non-profit organisation to appoint a Power Platform Manager.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can build and improve solutions across Power Platform and Microsoft 365, while guiding a small development team and helping colleagues make the most of the technology available to them.
The organisation operates internationally and is investing in its Microsoft cloud environment, with priorities across process automation, digital workplace improvements, AI and a new CRM build. Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) would be a strong advantage, but it is not essential.
Reporting to the Global Head of IT, you’ll lead and support two developers while remaining involved in technical delivery. You’ll work with teams across the organisation to understand their processes, identify opportunities for improvement and deliver secure, practical solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
You don’t need to have held a formal management title to be considered. They’re keen to meet someone who can lead through their technical work, mentor colleagues, take responsibility and bring a positive, collaborative approach. Formal line-management experience is valuable, but the right personality and ability to develop others matter just as much.
The role is based in London, with three days a week in the office and two days working remotely. The organisation works across the UK, US, Europe, China and Japan, so clear communication and confidence working with international colleagues are important.
If you’re a Power Platform specialist who enjoys combining hands-on delivery with technical leadership, and wants to help an organisation improve how it works through Microsoft technology, we’d like to hear from you.
