You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our Microsoft environment, ensuring it meets the highest standards of performance, security, and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the administration and management of Microsoft services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
• Administer policies for Microsoft Teams to ensure proper governance and compliance, including Microsoft Teams governance.
• Understand and manage Multi-Geo settings for a global organization to support operations and ensure compliance with data residency requirements.
• Implement best practices for SharePoint Online global tenant settings and security settings to ensure optimal performance, security, and compliance.
• Develop and enforce M retention policies to meet regulatory requirements and organizational needs, ensuring that data is retained appropriately and securely disposed of when no longer needed.
• Implement and manage Entra SSO to ensure seamless and secure single sign-on experiences for users.
• Monitor and optimize Microsoft performance and usage.
• Manage Identity Access Management within the Entra AD environment.
• Oversee the implementation and management of Microsoft Purview solutions to ensure comprehensive data governance, compliance, and risk management.
• Develop and enforce conditional access policies to M services.
• Manage a large global tenant, ensuring seamless operations and compliance across multiple regions.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive architecture documentation and best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams.
• Proven experience with Microsoft migration tools and processes.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft security and compliance features.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience in a high-pressure, fast-paced support role.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and resolve complex network-related issues.
• A continuous learner with a desire to stay updated with the latest technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
