About the Role

A global group of life-saving technology companies is seeking a Microsoft Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to support its digital transformation across Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-premises systems. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to enterprise-scale cloud initiatives, tenant migrations, and the adoption of best-practice infrastructure solutions across a network of 40+ companies.

You’ll be part of a central technology team driving consistency, security, and innovation across a complex, international business landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end Microsoft 365 tenant migrations, from discovery and planning to execution and post-migration support.
• Review Azure environments and implement improvements in line with the Azure Well-Architected Framework.
• Provide support and guidance on hybrid infrastructure and integration with on-premises systems.
• Create clear architectural documentation and process materials for internal use.
• Support group companies in adopting new Microsoft 365 and Azure tools.
• Work on global IT infrastructure projects, collaborating with technical leads and internal stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

• Broad working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, including Purview, Defender, Intune, and Azure Active Directory.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure IaaS (e.g. virtual machines, storage, networking).
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration tasks.
• Ability to document technical environments and explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with enterprise change control and best-practice governance.
