Job summary

Cloud Decisions is seeking a Microsoft 365 Technical Specialist to join our remote-first team delivering cloud transformation projects across the UK. You will design, implement, migrate and optimise Microsoft 365 solutions to modernise collaboration, security and productivity for customers.

In this customer-facing role, you’ll lead workshops, create implementation guides and mentor junior engineers while expanding your own Microsoft certifications.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in a consultancy, MSP, or Professional Services environment.
• Experience deploying and supporting Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Viva.
• Certifications such as MS-102, MS-700, SC-300 or SC-401 are advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Microsoft 365 implementation, migration and optimisation projects.
• Deploy and support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Viva.
• Configure and administer Microsoft Entra ID, including Conditional Access, MFA and hybrid identity.
• Implement Microsoft Purview solutions including Information Protection, DLP, Retention and eDiscovery.
• Deliver Microsoft 365 migration projects including tenant-to-tenant, Google Workspace and on-premises migrations.
• Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 environments and provide technical expertise throughout project delivery.
• Lead customer workshops, technical discovery sessions and solution design discussions.
• Produce technical documentation and implementation guides.
• Develop PowerShell automation to improve administration and delivery.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practice.
