Be-Resourcing is supporting a large, well-established organisation in Scotland as they scale Microsoft 365 and Copilot. The Training & Adoption Specialist will design and deliver engaging training, provide hands-on support, and drive adoption across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering Microsoft 365 training in medium/large organisations.
• Experience with Copilot and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Ability to tailor training for diverse audiences.
• Comfort travelling regularly between sites across Central Scotland.

Responsabilités

• Deliver training sessions, workshops and drop-in clinics on Microsoft 365 and Copilot.
• Support the rollout and ongoing adoption of digital workplace technologies.
• Create engaging learning materials, user guides and training resources.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify training needs and opportunities.
• Provide face-to-face support and coaching to end users.
• Gather feedback, monitor adoption and continuously improve training initiatives.
• Champion change and help colleagues build confidence with new technology.
