Job summary

Cognizant in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Messaging & Collaboration Lead to manage and enhance our enterprise collaboration platforms. You will drive Microsoft 365, Intune, Okta, Proofpoint, SharePoint Online, and MDM solutions across the organization.

Responsibilities include governance, security, platform modernization, and operational excellence while working from client locations and coordinating with security teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

Extensive hands-on expertise with Microsoft 365 services.
Experience managing enterprise collaboration environments.
Strong knowledge of security/compliance features in Microsoft 365.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Lead administration and support of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
Design, implement, and maintain messaging and collaboration solutions for high availability.
Manage mail flow, email security, retention, archiving, and compliance policies.
Manage and support Microsoft Intune and MDM solutions.
Configure device compliance, application deployment, conditional access, and endpoint security policies.
Administer and support Okta Identity and Access Management platform.
Configure SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and federation integrations.
Collaborate with security teams to implement identity governance and access controls.
Manage and administer Proofpoint solutions for email security, threat protection, and DLP.
Monitor email security incidents and implement remediation measures.
Ensure compliance with organizational security policies and industry standards.
Administer SharePoint Online sites, permissions, governance, and content management.
Support business users in leveraging SharePoint for collaboration and document management.
Implement best practices for site architecture, security, and lifecycle management.
Develop operational procedures, technical documentation, and knowledge base articles.
Coordinate with vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and platform modernization projects.
