Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Microsoft 365 Collaboration Administrator in Leatherhead, UK to manage SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Viva, Copilot, and Power Platform.

You will drive adoption, governance, and automation while partnering with IT and business units to support secure, compliant collaboration across the organization. The role emphasizes user enablement, information governance, and continual service improvement within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of professional experience and certifications.
• 3–4+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise collaboration and productivity platforms in a business environment.
• Must be a UK National and eligible to obtain and maintain BPSS Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support SharePoint Online, including site collections, permissions, document libraries, lists, content management, and collaboration workspaces.
• Administer and support Microsoft Teams, including team and channel management, governance, and collaboration capabilities.
• Support rollout and ongoing adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and AI-powered productivity features.
• Support and enhance Power Automate workflows and Power Apps solutions.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including OneDrive for Business and Microsoft Viva.
• Governance, retention, compliance, and information management across Microsoft 365 platforms.
