Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Messaging & Collaboration Lead to manage and enhance our messaging, collaboration, and identity management platforms. The role focuses on Microsoft 365, Intune, Okta, Proofpoint, and governance, emphasizing security compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities include administering Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, and ensuring secure device management with Intune while aligning with enterprise security policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Administrator certification or equivalent.
• Okta Certified Administrator.
• ITIL Foundation.
• Leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration and support of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
• Design, implement, and maintain messaging and collaboration solutions for high availability and performance.
• Manage mail flow, email security, retention, archiving, and compliance policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to drive platform modernization.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
