Job summary

Adria Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Microsoft 365 & Azure Engineer to join our client's team. You will maintain and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, SharePoint Online, and Azure services, delivering reliable cloud infrastructure and strong customer service.

In this hands-on role, you'll automate tasks with PowerShell, assist with onboarding new customers, and act as a technical escalation point for internal and external teams, while keeping documentation up to date.

Qualifications

Experience managing Microsoft 365 environments and Azure services.
Ability to configure and administer Entra ID and SharePoint Online.
Proven troubleshooting skills and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments including Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and core Azure services.
Monitor system health, investigate issues and implement configuration changes.
Manage identity, access management and security best practices across Microsoft 365.
Use PowerShell to automate administration, deployments and routine tasks.
Serve as technical contact for client Microsoft 365 and Azure queries.
Support onboarding of new customers and configure Microsoft 365 tenants.
Act as escalation point for Support and Onboarding teams.
Produce and maintain technical documentation and client configuration records.
Advise customers on best practices and maximize cloud value.
