Job summary

Adecco Wembley is seeking a Senior Microsoft Platform Engineer to own and optimise core Microsoft platforms across cloud and on‑premises environments. You will drive hybrid architecture and automation, focusing on security, resilience and performance.

The role requires strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID and PowerShell, plus hands-on administration of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Intune. On‑site work is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Cloud or Platform Engineering.
• Hands-on administration across Microsoft 365.
• Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, Intune and Entra ID experience.
• Hybrid Microsoft environments experience.

Responsibilities

• Own core Microsoft platforms across cloud and on‑premises.
• Ensure availability, security and operational excellence.
• Administer and optimise M365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Intune).
• Manage identity and access with Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Design hybrid infrastructure across Azure and on‑premises.
• Implement SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access.
• Support M365 security, compliance and governance.
• Automate operations with PowerShell, Terraform and IaC.
• Produce documentation and maintain standards.
