Job summary

Sanofi Waterford is seeking a Quality Analyst Microbiology to support QC testing and batch release review within a fast-paced biopharma environment. You will contribute to ensuring product safety, quality, and compliance while collaborating across QA, Validation, Manufacturing and Planning teams.

The role requires microbiology experience, GMP knowledge, and strong communication. It offers a 12/7 shift pattern and opportunities to grow within a global biopharma company.

Qualifications

• Experience in a QC department in a Pharmaceutical or GMP facility.
• Experience in Microbiological techniques and environmental monitoring.
• Familiarity with quality management systems such as Veeva/Qualipso/TrackWise.
• Motivated, ambitious and goal oriented with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide Microbiology support to QA, QP, Validation and Manufacturing teams.
• Documentation review and batch release review.
• Offer technical guidance to QC Microbiology and external departments.
• Execute QC Microbiology testing (water sampling/testing, environmental monitoring).
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs and pharmacopeias.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in the lab.
• Represent QC Microbiology at cross-functional meetings.
