Job summary

The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to Managers, the Microbiology team and Consultants based at RDUH, Wonford, Exeter.

You will handle inboxes, answer calls, book clinics and meetings, maintain records in ESR/Medirota and use MS Office. A respectful, organised and proactive approach is essential in this busy lab environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Able to work under pressure and within a team.
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Managers, Consultants and the Microbiology team.
• Monitor consultant and laboratory inboxes, answer calls and assist with clinics.
• Support meetings and other administrative functions, maintain records.
