The Dorchester, home to Alain Ducasse, is seeking a friendly Host to join the team in London. You will welcome guests, manage table allocations, and ensure a seamless dining experience with attention to detail and exemplary service.

Weekly duties include 5 dinner services from Tuesday to Saturday. We value passion, teamwork and a guest-centric approach, with extensive staff perks and development opportunities available.

Qualifications

• English is the primary language used in our hotel.
• You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.

Responsabilités

• Seat guests at tables and greet them upon arrival.
• Escort guests to allocated tables and bid farewell on departure.
• Handle guests' special requests with flexibility and discretion.
