Daily duties include supporting pastry production, following recipes from the Executive Pastry Chef, and helping ensure the highest standards across service.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of classic patisserie and pastry skills.
• Strong communication and customer service ethic.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Create bespoke and delectable pastries reflecting Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester’s 3‑Michelin stars.
• Assist in day‑to‑day pastry production and follow recipes from the Executive Pastry Chef and Senior Pastry team.
