The Dorchester, home to Alain Ducasse, is seeking a friendly Host to join the team in London. You will welcome guests, manage table allocations, and ensure a seamless dining experience with attention to detail and exemplary service.

Weekly duties include 5 dinner services from Tuesday to Saturday. We value passion, teamwork and a guest-centric approach, with extensive staff perks and development opportunities available.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

You’ll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

• You will be responsible for table allocations during the day. You will meet and greet guests, show guests to allocated tables and bid them farewell on departure all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.
• You’ll show flexibility and creativity in dealing with guests’ special requests or any challenges that may arise during the day
• Weekly hours consist of 5 dinner services from Tuesday to Saturday
