Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create bespoke and delectable pastries reflecting Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester’s 3-Michelin stars.
• Assist in day-to-day production of the pastry section to ensure smooth kitchen operation and prepare dishes daily as required.
