Job summary

Government Recruitment Service in Newcastle-upon-Tyne is seeking a Management Information Development & Reporting Lead Developer to drive the design, delivery and governance of vital management information for CMS and wider DWP. You will lead across a range of digital reporting projects and work with senior leaders to improve performance and service delivery.

The role offers a permanent, full-time position within the Civil Service, with a focus on data quality, assurance and stakeholder

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing others to deliver products within timescale and utilising a range of technical/digital products.
• Ensure performance analysis and reporting products are developed and communicated to support CMS/DWP strategic aims.
• Develop and implement an assurance strategy to quality-check products, reports and advice.
• Coach and support Directors and Operational leaders through effective leadership and EI.
• Maintain strong stakeholder engagement across CMS and DWP to resolve performance and reporting queries.
• Support a performance culture with appropriate challenge and direction to senior leaders.
• Identify risks to KPIs, CMS Service Delivery and customer service.
