Job summary
The Child Maintenance Service within the Department for Work and Pensions in Dudley is recruiting a Management Information Development & Reporting Lead Developer to drive key management information from concept to delivery, enabling performance improvements for CMS. Qualifications
- Experience delivering management information from concept to delivery.
- Ability to lead and develop teams and coach colleagues including senior leaders.
- Experience building assurance strategies to quality-check reports and advice.
- Strong stakeholder engagement across CMS and DWP to resolve performance queries.
- Commitment to data security, policy compliance and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of management information from concept to delivery.
- Develop and implement assurance strategies to ensure quality of reports and advice.
- Manage and coach a team of EOs, engaging with senior leaders where needed.
- Build and maintain stakeholder engagement across CMS and DWP to resolve queries.
- Identify risks to KPIs, CMS service delivery and customer service.
