Job summary

Government Recruitment Service's Child Maintenance Service in Falkirk is seeking a Management Information Development & Reporting Lead Developer to drive the end-to-end delivery of critical performance MI. You will work with CMS senior leaders and Operational Managers to define requirements, develop reporting products, and coach a small team, while ensuring data security and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading MI development for CMS and DWP.
• Ability to coach and develop others, including senior leaders.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across CMS and DWP.
• Able to ensure quality and timely delivery of reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of management information from concept to delivery.
• Commission to develop new MI requirements for CMS senior leaders and operational managers.
• Manage a team of EOs and coach others including senior leaders.
• Ensure reports comply with data security, policy and legislation.
• Build and maintain stakeholder engagement to resolve performance queries.
• Provide challenge and support to Directors and Operational leaders.
