Job description

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Supervision and Team Management: Provide direct supervision, mentorship, and support to the mental health support team and wider Be U Swindon service, including therapists, EMHPs, admin, and support staff. Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and professional development activities. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and professional growth. Manage MHST supervisors' schedules, workloads, and resources to ensure efficient service delivery.
  2. Operational Oversight: Develop and oversee operational policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with standards and governance. Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports in line with policies and legal requirements. Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, client satisfaction, and team performance, providing regular reports to the Strategic Lead and MH Division SLT.
  3. Data and Community Engagement: Utilise data and analytics for decision-making and operational improvements. Represent the organisation at community events, meetings, and forums to promote mental health awareness. Develop relationships with community partners and stakeholders. Participate in public education and advocacy to reduce stigma and improve access to mental health services.
  4. Program Quality and Delivery: Ensure programs are evidence-based, culturally competent, and aligned with best practices. Collaborate with partners to enhance program effectiveness. Oversee delivery of mental health services, including therapy, intervention, and case management. Ensure client care plans are developed, implemented, and reviewed per standards.
  5. Clinical Services: Provide direct clinical services such as assessments, therapy, and triage as needed.
