Job summary

Gi Group Holdings Recruitment Limited is hiring Meter Readers in your area. You will collect data from gas, electricity and water meters for domestic and commercial sites, updating reads on a handheld device and delivering excellent customer service.

The role offers a basic pay of £13.49 per hour, 40–45 hour weeks, and progression opportunities. Full training, uniform, PPE, a company car, and pension enrolment are included. DBS/credit checks and 5 years of employment history are expected.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to lift and bend in tight spaces.
• Clear DBS check with no unspent convictions.
• 5 years of employment history.

Responsibilities

• Retrieving data from domestic, commercial and industrial meters for Water, Gas and Electricity.
• Update meter reads accurately on handheld device and enter details at each location.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional conduct.
