Job summary

Asper Recruitment's Dundee-based client, a specialist architectural metalwork contractor, is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead installation teams on high-end projects. This hands-on role requires the supervisor to work on-site and to manage squads of 2–8 operatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality workmanship.

The successful candidate will have time-served experience in architectural metalwork/steelwork, strong supervision skills, and familiarity with RAMS, QA, and liaising

Qualifications

• Time-served architectural metalwork/steelwork/facade installation experience.
• Proven site supervision experience on high-end projects.
• Familiar with RAMS, toolbox talks, permits and QA procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2-8 person installation teams on balustrades, handrails, stairs and feature metalwork.
• Set out, QA, and ensure architectural finish to project specs.
• Liaise with main contractor to coordinate works and approvals.
