S. Norton & Co is seeking an experienced Metal Recycling Supervisor for a site-based role at Long Marston. You will supervise the team, ensure safety, quality and productivity targets are met, and work closely with the Site Manager to allocate resources.

You will lead on training, performance reviews, and reporting while maintaining strong collaboration with other site functions. This role demands a proactive, safety-focused approach and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience in a heavy industry environment.
• Strong knowledge of Health, Environment and Safety standards.
• Able to coach, assess and develop staff performance.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop site staff to achieve safety, quality and productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with project procedures, permits and working standards.
• Coach, mentor and appraise team members to improve performance.
• Coordinate with Site Manager to ensure adequate resources and coverage.
• Produce reports and communicate progress to management.
