Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Production Engineer for Metal Finishing – LSM and Dryers in the Central Production Engineering Department. The role may be based in Wantage (UK) or at one of our European plants, supporting 12 European locations and 5 in the Middle East and North Africa.

You will improve processes, lead audits, and train teams on finishing equipment and procedures. You will liaise with Crown Technology and promote best practices, standardization of specifications, and KPIs

Qualifications

• HND or Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
• Experience in 2pc engineering and metal finishing processes.
• Willingness to travel overseas on short notice and adapt to cultures.

Responsibilities

• Improve metal finishing standards, quality, cost and efficiency.
• Provide maintenance support and troubleshoot issues on finishing lines.
• Lead SOP development, best practices and cost-reduction programs.
• Deliver training on Metal Finishing equipment and processes.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and sustainability initiatives.
