The Scotsman Group, based in Coatbridge, is seeking skilled metal fabricators to join our team. The role involves reading client drawings, planning operations, and manufacturing parts using a range of metalworking machinery and hand tools.

You will perform TIG and MIG welding, fabrication, finishing decorative metalwork, and may undertake site work and installation as required. Competitive conditions apply for this hands-on trades position.

CBC Metal Fabrication is a manufacturer of bespoke, architectural metal fabrications based in Coatbridge and is part of the Scotsman Group.

We manufacture in a range of metals including brass, copper, aluminium, stainless and mild steels, working from design drawings to finished product, to meet the demanding standards required by a range of clients.

We are looking for skilled metal fabricators to complement our existing team and will have experience in some or all of the following:-

• Ability to interpret, plan the operations, and manufacture parts from client drawings/requirements.
• Operation of a range of metalworking machinery and hand tools.
• TIG & MIG welding and other material joining techniques.
• Fabrication and assembly processes.
• Finishing processes applied to decorative metalwork.
• Site work and installation.

Based in our Coatbridge factory, working hours would be:-

8.00-12.30 & 1.00-4.30 Monday-Thursday.

8.00-12.30 & 1.00-3.00 Friday.

Site work may be involved travelling from and back to our Coatbridge base.
