Job summary

Numan is seeking a Paid Social Manager to run our Meta account daily, reporting to the Head of Growth. You will translate strategy into live activity, manage large ad uploads, and optimise across budgets and placements with data-backed decisions.

You’ll contribute to our growing creative engine, analysing what works and informing briefs for new assets. Expect close coaching from a Meta specialist and growth-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in paid social, with hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience.
• Ability to build and scale a Meta account from scratch.
• Strong creative judgment with data-backed insights on formats.
• Experience running landing page or on-site tests.
• AI-first approach to tools and automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and launch campaigns quickly and accurately in Meta Ads Manager, from new accounts to large ad uploads.
• Implement the Senior Paid Social Lead's strategy and structural changes as the platform evolves.
• Optimise daily across budgets, bidding, audiences and placements with clear reasoning.
• Monitor performance and platform diagnostics, identifying and addressing issues early.
• Handle ad policy, disapprovals and healthcare-compliant guardrails.
