Job summary

Numan in London is seeking a Paid Social Lead to own and evolve our paid social function. This role is not campaign management; you will define how paid social drives growth, combining creative strategy, automation, and platform execution across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels.

You will build a creative-first growth engine, scaling high-quality acquisition in a regulated health market while partnering with creative teams to deliver performance-led output and a robust 1,000+ ad framework.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in paid social with high-spend accounts.
• Strong view on ad formats across Meta and TikTok.
• Evidence of driving growth through creative-led approaches.
• Experience with automation and templated production.
• Deep knowledge of bidding structures and signals.
• Comfort with data-driven attribution and incrementality.

Responsibilities

• Define best-in-class approach across Meta and TikTok and beyond.
• Set asset mix, formats, and creative types.
• Develop clear POVs on what works and what to test next.
• Build and run a high-velocity creative system.
• Translate performance into actionable creative insights.
• Partner with creative teams for platform-native outputs.
• Design workflows to support 1,000+ concurrent ads.
• Implement modular frameworks for video hooks and CTAs.
• Define account structures for modern bidding environments.
• Lead testing across creative, bidding, and landing experiences.
• Scale efficiently while navigating platform constraints.
• Own how data feeds performance (CAPI, events, value-based optimization).
• Use Motion and BI tools to identify patterns.
