Job description

LSH Auto is seeking a meticulous MET Technician to join our expanding team at our prestigious dealership in Stockport. As an MET Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring that vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition while maintaining the highest quality standards.

WELCOME BONUS - £2,000

Hours - 40

Salary - £35,000 plus OTE bonus £15,400

Your Responsibilities:

1. Conducting mechanical, electrical, and trim (MET) repairs on various vehicle makes and models.
2. Diagnosing fault issues quickly and efficiently.
3. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in the workshop.
4. Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
5. Providing accurate reporting on repairs and vehicle conditions.

To Succeed in This Role, You Will Have:

1. NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repair or equivalent qualifications.
2. Proven experience in an MET Technician role or similar.
3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
5. A valid UK driving licence (essential).
