Focus Resourcing Limited is seeking a Semi-Skilled MET Technician for a busy automotive workshop in the Brentwood area. The role covers mechanical, electrical and trim MET work with a focus on quality and efficiency.

You will have at least 2 years' experience in a bodyshop or similar environment, and be comfortable with welding, fabrication and vehicle preparation. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar MET or automotive role.
• Good practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical and trim work.
• Experience within a bodyshop, workshop or accident repair environment.
• Ideally comfortable with welding, fabrication and general vehicle preparation.
• Reliable, adaptable and keen to learn new skills.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Full UK driving licence would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out mechanical, electrical and trim (MET) work to a high standard.
• Assist with vehicle dismantling, preparation and reassembly.
• Support general body repair and vehicle preparation work.
• Undertake welding and fabrication where required.
• Assist with paint preparation and spraying when necessary.
• Work alongside other workshop staff to ensure vehicles are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Carry out any additional workshop duties as required.
