MET Technician / Strip Fitter

OTE: £70,000

Details:

• Basic Salary: £38,000
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5.30pm (42.5-hour week)
• Location: Watford

We are seeking a talented and efficient MET Technician / Strip Fitter to join our leading team. As a MET Technician / Strip Fitter, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles in line with manufacturers' specifications within a state-of-the-art Bodyshop, utilizing modern equipment and techniques.

Responsibilities of an MET Technician / Strip Fitter

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced accident repair centre.
• Follow the correct repair techniques and produce work in line with factory specifications and customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications of an MET Technician / Strip Fitter

• Completed a recognized apprenticeship as a MET Technician / Strip Fitter and obtained a technical qualification (such as NVQ / VCQ / SVQ / ATA).
• Previous experience working as a MET Technician / Strip Fitter within a busy body shop.
• Strong team player with self-motivation to earn bonus hours.
• Work to the highest standards and demonstrate up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.
