The role offers a Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 schedule with no weekend work and a competitive base salary up to £56,000, with potential to earn an OTE of £60,000 through productivity bonuses.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Trim disciplines within a bodyshop or accident repair environment.

Responsibilities

• Removal and refit of vehicle components to manufacturer standards.
• Inspection for additional damage and communication with the Vehicle Damage Assessor.
• Safe storage and handling of displaced parts for reinstallation as a MET Technician.
• Accurate reassembly and alignment of vehicles following repairs and repainting.
• Adherence to health and safety policies while maintaining tools and equipment.
• Ensuring all repair work meets quality standards and industry regulations.

• Strong attention to detail with a methodical approach to repairs
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Full UK manual driving licence
• Welding or panel repair experience is advantageous but not essential
