Job summary

Holt-Recruitment is seeking a qualified MET Technician to join a busy bodyshop in Maidenhead. You will remove and refit parts, dismantle and rebuild vehicles, and report any unseen damage as soon as identified.

This permanent, on-site role requires experience as an MET Technician; ATA is advantageous but not essential. The position offers up to £56,000 per annum plus bonus and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Time served and/or qualified to City & Guilds or NVQ level.
• Previous experience as an MET Technician is required.
• ATA qualification is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Removing and refitting parts to ensure body repairs are to a very high standard.
• Dismantle and rebuild vehicles as instructed.
• Report unseen damage, absent from estimate as soon as it's identified.
• Maintain high efficiency and attention to detail.
• Work well in a team and independently.

I am currently working with a highly efficient and well-equipped Bodyshop who are looking to add a qualifiedMET Technician to their busy site in Maidenhead.

Key MET Technician / Strip Fitter Roles and Responsibilities:

• Removing and refitting parts to ensure body repairs are to a very high standard
• Dismantle and rebuild vehicles as instructed
• To report unseen damage, absent from estimate as soon as its identified
• Have a good level of efficiency and attention to detail
• Be able to work in a team and as an individual

Minimum Requirements as a MET Technician / Strip Fitter:

• Time served and/or qualified to city & guilds or NVQ level
• Have Previous experience as an MET Technician
• ATA is advantageous but not essential
