Job summary

Jago Consultants are assisting a family-owned motor engineering company in the Cowfold area, West Sussex, to recruit an MET Mechanic / Technician (Strip and Fit). Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm, with 4 weeks paid holiday. The role covers classic car repairs and restorations.

Attention to detail is crucial. You will strip vehicles for repair, inspect parts, perform quality control, align and fit lights, ensure correct repair methods, and re-fit vehicles after repair.

Qualifications

• Being able to work well in a team
• High level of attention to detail
• Previous experience as a MET Technician is beneficial
• Use to working to deadlines, and producing quality workmanship
• To have a valid UK driving licence

My client are a Classic Car specialist and have are proud to have a long history for repairing classic cars and providing high quality classic and vintage car repairs and restorations.

Working with a friendly team, you will need to be ready for a challenge to exceed customer expectations and deliver your best. Attention to detail is crucial.
