Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative field.
• 1–2 years of administrative or analytical experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office with data manipulation skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support merchant operations by collecting input and leveraging data to identify pain points and inform recommendations.
• Act as the point of contact for franchisees within Uber Direct for queries on dashboards, billing, onboarding, and pricing.
• Assist new clients through onboarding, ensuring smooth integration with the Uber Direct platform.
• Maintain invoicing records, generate invoices, reconcile payments, and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Document activities and seek process improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
