Job summary

Freshminds Interim is seeking an Account Coordinator to support a portfolio of restaurant partners in a consumer services client. You will be the main contact, ensuring partners maximise their success and reporting into the partnerships team.

You will resolve operational issues, provide product education, and contribute to improving partner experience and account management processes in a fast-paced, hybrid London environment. Start Oct 1 2026 for 6 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support or account management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across channels.
• Retail or Grocery industry experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service mindset with problem solving and attention to detail.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.

The Role

A client in the consumer services industry is seeking an Account Coordinator to join the team for 6 months.

You will support a portfolio of client partners, acting as a key point of contact to ensure they maximise their success. Reporting into the partnerships team, you will help resolve operational issues, provide product education, and contribute to improving partner experience and account management processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with a portfolio of restaurant partners and provide ongoing account support.
• Resolve operational and technical issues, assisting with account updates, platform changes, and partner enquiries.
• Deliver guidance on products, tools, and platform features through personalised and large-scale communications.
• Monitor partner feedback, identify trends, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, account management, vendor management, sales, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience engaging stakeholders across multiple channels.
• Experience in a Retail or Grocery industry (a plus)
• Strong customer service mindset with proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
