WolfStone Recruitment is partnering with a Manchester-based fashion retailer to hire a Merchandising Manager. You will take full ownership of the merchandising function across all channels, reporting to the senior leadership team and guiding a high-performing team through seasonal buys and ongoing planning.

You will translate sales targets into stock plans, monitor key KPIs, and collaborate closely with Buying, Finance and E‑commerce to drive trading performance and margin protection.

Formación

• Experience leading merchandising teams.
• Advanced planning, forecasting and stock management expertise.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own forecasting across demand, OTB and margin.
• Translate sales targets into stock and intake plans.
• Own seasonal and quarterly buy plans across channels.
• Analyse weekly trade to maximise sell-through and protect margin.
• Lead merchandising across all channels and develop KPIs.
