Job summary

Reiss Limited is seeking a Stockroom Assistant to support daily operations in our store. You will ensure stockroom tasks are completed to a high standard to help the store meet targets through operational excellence.

Ideal candidates will have stockroom experience in premium or luxury retail, a commercial mindset for store operations, and excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Stockroom experience in a premium or luxury retail environment.
• Commercial approach to store operations.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process stock deliveries and ensure items are pre retailed to a high standard.
• Place new lines and replenishment on the shop floor as priority after delivery.
• Manage timely replenishment of stock and maintain size availability.
• Process stock recalls back to the warehouse per our returns standards.
• Fulfil From Store picks and prepare for collection with 90% find rate target.
• Complete daily inventory scans and maintain stock file accuracy.
• Audit Collect In Store parcels and support with collections/returns.
• Support faulty stock management and returns.
• Maintain stockroom standards, organisation and cleanliness.
