Job summary

Tesco UK seeks an Associate Merchandiser Analyst to deliver high-quality business analytics while driving simplification and continuous improvement of processes and reporting.

In the Home & Clothing Central Team you will collaborate with Commercial functions, ensuring solutions meet user needs and expectations. You will build robust relationships, enabling rapid value delivery through Agile practices and strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong technical capabilities and problem-solving skills.
• Good commercial understanding of the Buying and Merchandising process.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex technical issues to business users and technical experts.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations.
• Support training and rollout of tools.

Responsibilities

• Support in the collation of business reporting requirements.
• Analyse existing reports and optimise them for standardisation across Home & Clothing.
• Balance the requirements of granular data with report performance.
• Support the delivery of regular reporting and analytical requirements of the business.
• Develop tools and produce relevant training documentation for new and existing ways of working.
• Facilitate simplification and standardisation across Home & Clothing.
• Produce dashboards or summaries that display relevant information clearly and creatively.
• Present enhancements and new features to users to ensure adoption and engagement.
