Qualifications

• University degree 2:1 or higher in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Strong SQL skills for analysis and reporting.
• Experience using Tableau for data storytelling and dashboards.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics or similar tools to analyse digital journeys.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX, business teams and engineers to prioritise initiatives.
• Define product objectives and key results; set and report targets.
• Design analytics tracking and health metrics; improve data quality with engineering.
• Address defined problems with a data-driven approach.
• Deliver analytics on the digital customer journey and KPIs.
• Communicate results with clear textual, numeric, and visual formats.
• Build and automate reporting on customer behaviour and KPIs.
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams across the product lifecycle.
