About the Role - Position: Merchandising Admin Assistant. Location: Lewes, Full time, Permanent, flexible working with mix of home and office. Salary: £23,000-£25,000 depending on experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially excel
  • A passion for merchandising and retail
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in providing reports for daily, and weekly sales, must be confident to communicate this to the wider team
  • Providing administrative support to the merchandising team
  • Liaising with the field team and Retail Director to ensure store detail is communicated and requests are actioned
  • Generating reports and analysing sales and stock data
  • Contributing innovative ideas to enhance merchandising strategies
  • Provide accurate information on sales, stock, intake, and store footage to the team
