Job summary

Crew Clothing Company is seeking a Merchandising Administration Assistant in Kingston-on-Thames with 1 day from home. The role supports the merchandising team with stock analysis, promotions, and monthly reports.

You will handle Monday trade data, pricing changes for promotions, and seasonal size planning, working closely with branch and logistics teams. Hybrid working and retail context are involved.

Responsibilities

• Run and distribute key Monday reports for Monday trade.
• Distribute promotion analysis and ad hoc departmental analyses.
• Monitor stock availability and suggest movements to core & branch teams.
• Liaise with Branch Merchandising and Logistics on stocks and deliveries.
• Input price changes for promotions and markdowns and communicate actions to the business.
• Collate monthly lessons learnt from finance and produce CTD sales and margin analysis.
• Prepare and present ideal size ratios by category at season start and monitor throughout the season.
