Coca-Cola European Partners in Aberdeen is seeking a Merchandiser to cover leading UK grocery retailers, ensuring our full product range is consistently available in store with strong stock availability and high‑quality presentation on the shop floor.

This active, hands‑on role involves moving throughout the day, using pump trucks, setting up displays, organising stock, and ensuring products are visible and well presented.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driving licence and own vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Move pallets with pump trucks and set up in-store displays.
• Organise stock and ensure high-quality presentation on shop floor.
• Maintain stock availability across leading UK grocery retailers.
• Use iPhone/iPad for reporting and communication; active hands-on role.
• Receive full training and operate safely with provided equipment.

Salary: £27,492 + Quarterly bonus

About Your Role

• You’ll work across leading UK grocery retailers on behalf of CCEP, ensuring our full product range is consistently available in store, with a strong focus on stock availability and high‑quality presentation on the shop floor.
• This is an active, hands‑on role where you’ll be moving throughout the day. Tasks include using pump trucks to move pallets, setting up impactful displays, organising stock, and ensuring our products are visible and well presented.
• Manual handling is part of the role, and you’ll receive full training and the right equipment to work confidently and safely.
• Build positive working relationships with store teams, supported by your Account Executive.
• Work collaboratively with your team and store contacts to maintain smooth operations and clear communication.
• Be comfortable using an iPhone and iPad for communication, navigation and reporting.
• Your development matters to us. You’ll have regular one‑to‑one sessions with your line manager and weekly team catch‑ups to support your priorities, build capability, and help you grow your skills.
