Area to be covered: West Midlands, South West & Wales

Remuneration: £32,000 + bonus

Benefits: Company van, pension, 2x death in service, phone, laptop/tablet, and 25 days annual leave

Role of the Merchandiser – Power Tools:
  1. Sell a high-quality range of construction tools including hand & power tools, measuring equipment, levelling tools, and construction accessories.
  2. Focus on selling to independent & builders merchants, tool stores, and large retail stores such as B&Q, Screwfix, Travis Perkins.
  3. Work primarily with existing customers to ensure they have the correct training, stock, and point of sale materials.
  4. Liaise with customers to expand their product range in-store, providing support and product demonstrations as needed.
  5. Attend trade mornings, trade days, trade shows, and site demonstrations to increase sales and support clients' sales teams.
  6. Take repeat orders and process sales effectively.
