Job summary

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners is looking for a hands-on role that supports our retail presence across leading UK grocery stores. You will help ensure our full product range is available, accurately stocked and attractively presented in-store.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract at 25 hours per week, with Tuesday to Saturday shifts. A valid UK driving licence, own insured vehicle and the right to work in the UK are required. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Work across leading UK grocery retailers to ensure the full product range is stocked and well presented in store.
• Move throughout the day using pump trucks to move pallets and set up impactful displays.
• Organise stock and ensure product visibility and quality on the shop floor.
• Build positive working relationships with store teams, supported by your Account Executive.
• Be comfortable using an iPhone/iPad for communication, navigation and reporting.

About Your Role

• You'll work across leading UK grocery retailers on behalf of CCEP, ensuring our full product range is consistently available in store, with a strong focus on stock availability and high-quality presentation on the shop floor.
• This is an active, hands-on role where you'll be moving throughout the day. Tasks include using pump trucks to move pallets, setting up impactful displays, organising stock, and ensuring our products are visible and well presented.
• Manual handling is part of the role, and you'll receive full training and the right equipment to work confidently and safely.
• Build positive working relationships with store teams, supported by your Account Executive.
• Work collaboratively with your team and store contacts to maintain smooth operations and clear communication.
• Be comfortable using an iPhone and iPad for communication, navigation and reporting.
• Your development matters to us. You'll have regular one-to-one sessions with your line manager and weekly team catch-ups to support your priorities, build capability, and help you grow your skills.
